ILG 2016 National Conference Makes a Stand Amid A Year of Polarizing Events and Tragedies

The National Industry Liaison Group (NILG) is making an iconic stance by continuing to hold its national diversity inclusion conference in the heart of Charlotte, NC., because earlier this year, North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory signed into law the highly controversial "bathroom law."  This law requires transgender individuals to use the respective public facilities based on their sex at birth.

This year's conference serves as a large show of support and dedication to what the NILG stands for: equal opportunity, access, and inclusion for all.  With a large show of support from across the country, the conference includes: incredible keynote speakers from Patricia Shiu to Randy Lewis, an abundance of networking opportunities, and educational seminars taught by true experts. The ILG 2016 Conference is a conference that truly resonates with attendees. Individuals are coming together in unity to show literal support for affirmative action, EEO, and inclusion all people alike.
