Gearing up for ILG National Conference

“Shifting Gears In A Fast-Changing World,” is the theme for the ILG National Conference in #Milwaukee this week.

While #Milwaukee is home to @harleydavidson, we’ll stay abreast of what’s going on at #NILGinMKE by displaying the number of gears on our favorite bike, the Road King®.

First Gear: Welcome reception

Third Gear: Workshop sessions addressing employment, pay disparity and communications
Four Gear: Workshop sessions on OFCCP Compliance, EEOC and Affirmative Action
Fifth Gear: Workshop sessions regarding Veterans and People with Disabilities

For 37 years, #USDOL Office of Federal Contract Compliance #OFCCP has been working with federal contractors and Industry Liaison Groups (ILGs) to encourage open communication relating to affirmative action, compliance and #EEO.
