Update: Form I-9

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently released a revised version of #FormI9, Employment Eligibility Verification. The updates include:

-          Clarifications on acceptable documents

-          Cleared up who can act as an authorized rep on behalf of an employer

-          Refreshed @USCIS website addresses

-          Revised the @DHSgov Privacy Notice

-          Updated the process for requesting paper Forms I-9

On May 1, employers must begin using the new form with the 10/21/2019 date.
