OFCCP creates Contractor Compliance Institute

For employers with federal contracts and subcontracts, adhering to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) issues in the workplace has gotten easier.

The U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) recently released its Contractor Compliance Institute (CCI). The interactive learning management system has been designed to help federal contractors stay up-to-date with OFCCP programs and initiatives.

“This compliance assistance program helps OFCCP achieve its important mission of ensuring equal employment opportunity,” said Craig E. Leen, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs Director.
